The girls tennis team placed second at regionals on Saturday. Senior Tiffani Holman placed third in singles, senior Cassidy Darrah and junior Mia Magby placed sixth in doubles and sophomores Ana Vo and Madi Arnold placed fifth. All the girls who placed will be going to the state competition. “I’m excited for state, we all are. Since we are 5A now, I know that it’s easier than 6A state, but it is still going to be hard,” Darrah said. State will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17 at Valley Center.
